4.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance.
4.3 Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or component of the platform at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for such changes.

If you submit, upload, or otherwise contribute content through the platform (such as comments, questions, or files), you grant Domain a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used without obligation to compensate you or treat such submissions as confidential.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Certain features or sessions may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount using your selected payment method.
7.2 Refunds

If you have an active subscription, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made thereafter.

The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Domain regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
